I'm May. I'm a mum, wife, school teacher, music-lover, memory-hoarder and passionate photographer.

Sugar Drop Photography was cooked up 5 years ago while spending hours and hours feeding my son, and looking at cute but terribly executed photos of my baby. WHY HAD I NOT TAKEN PROPER PHOTOS OF THIS PERFECT AND RIDICULOUSLY SPECIAL TIME???? Most probably because I looked how I felt - but I do NOT want you to make the same mistake!!

Making the time to simply be yourself in front of my camera is a decision I promise you will never regret. It's not (so much) about the perfect Instagram pic to post, but more about making sure that this time is remembered forever. Not just for you. For your kids, their kids. While I want your walls to be splashed with your story/my art, the REAL value will be in 1, 2, 5 even 20 years time when somebody looks at these and asks a question. I want your photos to unlock stories about where you were in that moment, what you loved most right there and then, where that favourite hat ended up... Because memories and relationships ARE life, right?

We're all stories in the end. Let's create.
